Andrew DiSilvestro

Andrew (Drew) S. DiSilvestro Jr. serves as Chief Executive Officer of AmeriTech, where he leads the company’s strategic vision, operational growth, and nationwide expansion across complex construction and infrastructure markets.

Drew is a hands-on leader with more than two decades of experience overseeing complex federal and healthcare construction projects. A U.S. military veteran and Senior Non-Commissioned Officer in the Connecticut Air National Guard, he has served as a Structural Combat Engineer since 2007, bringing a mission-focused mindset and disciplined leadership approach to every aspect of the organization.

Prior to leading AmeriTech, Drew served as a Contracting Officer Representative (COR) for the Department of Defense, overseeing complex federal construction and infrastructure projects supporting agencies including the Department of Veterans Affairs, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, NAVFAC, GSA, and other federal entities. His expertise spans federal contracting, project management, operational leadership, estimating, scheduling, subcontractor oversight, safety administration, and contract compliance.

Known for his proactive leadership style and operational expertise, Drew has played a key role in transforming AmeriTech into a rapidly growing federal contractor serving agencies nationwide. Under his leadership, the company has expanded from a two-man operation into a nationally recognized organization managing complex healthcare infrastructure projects across the country.

He is passionate about building strong teams, creating opportunities for veterans and employees, and fostering a culture centered on growth, accountability, and operational excellence. Outside of work, Drew is an avid season ticket holder for UConn men’s basketball, enjoys golfing and fishing, and values spending quality time with his wife and their two sons.
