AmeriTech completed the replacement of more than 2,000 square feet of roofing, including the pool roof and the roof above an active patient ward connecting Buildings 1 and 2. The project included removing the existing roofing and rooftop systems, installing new high-performance roof assemblies, and improving drainage to provide lasting protection across multiple roof areas.
