Mike Paquet is the leader of our field operators and oversees the daily execution of all our contracts. Joining the team in October 2023, Mike has an amazing ability to multi task and know what’s happening everywhere. He is always available to his team and willing to go the extra mile to get things done. As a current New Hampshire Air National Guardsman, Mike also served in the US Marine Corps, and says working for a SDVOSB feels like home. When Mike is not at work, he enjoys spending time and traveling with his family. He is also dedicated to the Community Children’s Fund, which is a charitable foundation based in Exeter, NH. Mike is always looking forward and says it’s not your successes or failures that define you, it’s what you do after them that makes the difference.
