Cashmere Caragan

Cashmere Caragan serves as Operations Administrative Manager and Executive Assistant, bringing a diverse professional background, strong organizational skills, and a genuine passion for helping people and teams succeed. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the College of the Holy Cross and has built a career that is anything but conventional. Her experience spans immigration law, insurance, and animal research at the University of Florida, and even includes feeding penguins at the New England Aquarium.

A lifelong animal lover, Cashmere took that passion a step further by attending zoo school in Florida, where she earned an Associate Degree in Zoo Technology and became a certified zookeeper. Her love of animals remains an important part of her life, and she hopes to one day open a nonprofit animal rescue.

Outside of work, Cashmere is a busy mom to two children, ages 10 and 8, and pet mom to Koa, a Black Lab, and KJ, an energetic Boxer. She enjoys shopping, gardening, reading, and spending time with her family. She is also a lifelong hockey player who first took to the ice at age 13 and continues to play today in a co-ed adult league. Whether she’s keeping operations organized, caring for animals, raising her family, or hitting the ice, Cashmere brings energy, dedication, and plenty of personality to everything she does.
