Cindi Pietrzyk

Cindi Pietrzyk is AmeriTech’s Director of Writing & Marketing, bringing more than 30 years of professional writing, editing, publishing, and project management experience to the company. A published author and longtime editor, she leads AmeriTech’s proposal development, past performance, and Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting (CPAR) programs and helps drive the voice, messaging, and marketing behind the brand. Her specialty is making the complicated clear, transforming technical requirements, operational expertise, and project performance into compelling, strategically focused narratives that demonstrate what AmeriTech can do and why it matters.

Since joining AmeriTech in June 2024, Cindi has helped strengthen the company’s approach to federal pursuits, contributing to successful proposals across a growing portfolio while building the processes, resources, and institutional knowledge that make each pursuit stronger than the last. She has expanded AmeriTech’s past performance program to capture not simply what the company has built, but how its teams solve problems, overcome challenges, and deliver for their clients, turning completed projects into intelligence for future opportunities. Cindi holds a bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Connecticut and completed graduate studies in English at Wesleyan University.
