Janos Dupont

Janos DuPont serves as a Project Executive at AmeriTech Contracting, bringing extensive experience in project management, operations, logistics, team leadership, and government contracting. In his role, Janos oversees the planning and execution of complex construction projects while helping ensure schedule, quality, safety, financial, and contractual requirements are successfully managed. His experience spans federal and public-sector clients including the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, NAVFAC, GSA, and state transportation agencies.

Since joining AmeriTech in December 2023, Janos has played an active role in strengthening project execution and operational consistency across the company. His responsibilities encompass project management, estimating, scheduling, subcontractor management, logistics, field operations, quality control, safety administration, project controls, and financial oversight. He also contributes to the development and standardization of company-wide processes designed to improve efficiency, accountability, and client service.

Prior to joining AmeriTech, Janos held senior operations and logistics leadership positions across the healthcare, transportation, and service industries. As Senior Regional Operations Manager for Community Surgical Supply, an AdaptHealth company, he managed operations across 10 branches and more than 100+ employees while overseeing government contract execution, including the $70 million VISN 1 Veterans Affairs Respiratory, Oxygen, and Durable Medical Equipment service contract. His responsibilities included budgeting, forecasting, KPI development, regulatory compliance, inventory management, employee development, and regional growth strategy.

Janos brings an operations-driven approach to leadership built around accountability, communication, safety, and execution. His background includes service in the United States Marine Corps and extensive training in federal construction safety and quality management, including OSHA 30, EM 385-1-1, and USACE Contractor Quality Management. He pursued his associates in Business Management from Manchester Community College.
