Josh brings a unique blend of healthcare experience, operational leadership, and people-focused management to his role. Prior to joining AmeriTech, he spent more than 13 years working in the physical therapy field, where he developed a strong foundation in patient care, communication, and helping individuals improve their quality of life.

In 2023, as AmeriTech began to experience a time of substantial growth and change, Josh joined the organization to support office operations. Beginning in a part-time assistant and office management role, he quickly became an integral part of the company’s day-to-day operations. He supported multiple departments across the organization, including fleet and equipment management, employee onboarding, office coordination, and operational administration, earning a reputation for his versatility, reliability, and hands-on approach.

Within a year, Josh advanced to Office Manager for AmeriTech’s Middletown location, where he played a critical role in supporting company infrastructure, maintaining employee records, streamlining onboarding processes, and helping guide the organization through its early stages of growth. His passion for workplace development and employee support ultimately led him to transition into Human Resources leadership after earning his Human Resources Manager certification.

Today, Josh is responsible for supporting AmeriTech’s employees and leadership teams through initiatives focused on recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, professional development, and operational support. Having been part of AmeriTech since its formative years, he brings a deep understanding of the company’s culture, values, and long-term vision.

He is passionate about creating a positive workplace environment, helping employees grow both professionally and personally, and building systems that improve the overall employee experience.

Outside of work, he enjoys working on his first novel, which will be the first book in a trilogy.
