Michael Paquet

Mike Paquet serves as Vice President of Operations at AmeriTech, where he oversees project operations, field coordination, workforce management, and operational execution across complex construction and infrastructure projects nationwide.

Mike has nearly three decades of experience supporting commercial, federal, and infrastructure projects across military, commercial, and government environments. His background includes extensive expertise in project management, field operations, subcontractor coordination, quality control, safety compliance, and mechanical systems supporting mission-critical facilities and infrastructure.

Prior to joining AmeriTech, Mike held leadership roles in construction operations, logistics management, manufacturing, and service operations throughout the Northeast. His experience includes overseeing multimillion-dollar projects, managing large field teams, coordinating project logistics and scheduling, and supporting operational growth initiatives across multiple organizations.

Mike has extensive military leadership experience through his service in both the U.S. Marine Corps and as a Civil Engineer and Master Sergeant in the New Hampshire Air National Guard. Through this service, he supported large-scale infrastructure operations involving HVAC, plumbing, fuel distribution, facility maintenance, and operational readiness programs in high-pressure environments.

Mike maintains high standards of safety, quality, and operational efficiency while supporting strong communication between project teams, subcontractors, consultants, and clients. His expertise includes construction operations, project planning, safety compliance, quality management, and technical problem-solving.

He maintains numerous certifications in construction safety, quality management, and federal compliance, including OSHA 30-Hour Construction, USACE Construction Quality Management for Contractors, and EM 385-1-1 Safety and Occupational Health training.

In his downtime, he enjoys traveling with his wife and children and exploring new places together. He also enjoys home improvement projects and woodworking.
