Michael Trinks serves as Chief Financial Officer at AmeriTech, where he oversees the company’s financial operations, strategic planning, reporting, and long-term fiscal management in support of company’s continued growth and operational success.

Mike brings more than two decades of financial and accounting experience to the organization, with extensive expertise in construction accounting, financial management, and the federal contracting landscape. Prior to joining AmeriTech, Mike was an Audit and Assurance Partner at a Forbes-recognized Top CPA firm, where he specialized in serving construction industry clients.

Throughout his career, Mike developed deep expertise in financial reporting, operational analysis, risk management, compliance, and strategic business advisory services. His strong understanding of the construction industry and government contracting environment makes him a valued advisor to leadership teams navigating complex financial and operational challenges.
