Paul Kusheba

Paul Kusheba IV serves as AmeriTech Contracting’s Director of Estimating, leading the company’s estimating and preconstruction efforts across its growing portfolio of federal construction opportunities. He oversees the development of comprehensive cost estimates, subcontractor and supplier coordination, scope analysis, and bid strategy, working to ensure AmeriTech’s pursuits are both competitive and positioned for successful execution. His approach to estimating combines detailed project analysis, market knowledge, and an understanding of federal contracting requirements to identify risk, strengthen bid coverage, and build a solid foundation for each project before it reaches the field.

Working closely with AmeriTech’s Business Development, Writing and Marketing, Operations, and Project Management teams, Paul helps bridge the gap between winning work and executing it successfully. He is focused on strengthening AmeriTech’s estimating processes, expanding relationships with qualified subcontractors and trade partners, capturing historical cost and project data, and incorporating lessons learned from completed and ongoing projects into future pursuits. Through this collaborative approach, Paul works to develop well-informed, competitive estimates that reflect the true scope and risk of each project while supporting AmeriTech’s continued growth in the federal marketplace.
